"Excellent cocktails, tapas, and main plates set in a charming and comfortable setting between the gates of the main terminal. The Port Orchard pear martini was delicious, and the maple chili brussels sprouts were the table favourite among my party of 4. The winter grain bowl, which I ordered, was rather bland, so it definitely needed the dressing. Overall, everything was quite good though, and Floret way exceeded my expectations for airport food in the U.S. Staff were quite welcoming and patient, allowing us to take our time ordering and enjoying our meal. They were quite knowledgeable of the menu and able to make recommendations, which my group appreciated."

"Bright, delicious, excellent service. Shared an artichoke dip and cake with mango sauce. So good! Great coffee. Funky atmosphere."

"Service was non-existent. The chef was the one that seated us, and handed us the menus with his incredibly greasy fingers. Chips were stale af. The dip was good, but those chips weren't "made fresh" as advertised. Sandwich was mediocre, it's pretty good for vegetarian, but I wasn't raving over it. The aioli was also lacking in flavor. It's not the worst airport food and probably one of the better options here, but it was mediocre."

"Probably the best place at SeaTac to eat a half reasonable meal before a flight. Green tea is good. I had Avocado Toast. It was tasty, I liked the roasted corn, cheese and the pepper. Alas the egg had uncooked white and the crust of the toast was hard to cut despite being soft in the middle."

"Love this place! We come here often when we travel through SEA with my partner. The food is great with a lot of options, and most dishes can be made vegan or gluten-free which is wonderful. The cocktails are a bit expensive but really tasty! I really appreciate the service and atmosphere too, very nice and welcoming place. We’ll definitely keep coming here!"
