"FYI they won't let you go inside with your child (due to Covid-19). I completely understand policy, but when I brought up my concern to the front desk woman called Claudia, she said " I f you don't like it just go elsewhere". Instead of easing my concerns, she was completely rude, and talking to me like my worries were stupid. I let my kids to continue with the appointment because they were excited to get their surprise bag, but I couldn't help thinking if this is how they treat an adult that can speak for themselves, just can't imagine how they treat little kids back there. I would not recommend this office to anyone."
"Absolutely love this dental clinic for my children. The front desk receptionist is always so friendly and calls me ahead of time when my kids are due to make sure we schedule a time that will work for us. Dental assistants are always so friendly and help keep my kids at ease. Dr. G is so sweet and works so efficiently to keep my kiddos mouth beautiful and healthy."
"Reception not professional when they talk with the customer , feel like they don't care that happen with me many time just today happen with me again , I asked about appointment for 3 my kids she don't give me any chances for the time because I'm explained to her I'm working and the best time for me Friday or Saturday she didn't care . She wasn't helpful when I told her maybe I change your clinic she told easly ok I hope the doctor know that , because with the employees like that the clinic be lose the clients like what happened with me ."
"I brought my daughter in for her first visit to a dental office. The front office was so helpful when I didn't know anything about my insurance. She was so informative on dental plans as she was able to find my group with little information I had on it. The staff was great with my LO and I know she can't wait to go back in 6 months to see "the big elephant"!!! Definitely recommending this place to anyone with children."
