"If you’re looking at getting an oil change at this location DONT When we arrived on site there was only TWO vehicles. We were told 1 was an oil change, and the other one was a transmission service. Us being the 3rd car we waited for about 5 minutes & another car pulled in. The car that pulled in after us, got in before us, & Me & the girlfriend proceeded to watch this car that came in after us & got in before us, sat for about 1 whole hour, we proceeded to watch all the techs & what looked like the manager aimlessly walk around the store, having conversations about nothing car related or oil change related, the car that got pulled in before us we watched them drain the oil & then seemed like every single tech abandoned the car for about 40 minutes not working on it, they had us relocate two different times to different bay stations. The manager even came up to us & said “I know you guys have been sitting here way too long, can I offer you some water” although it was nice, I feel the attention should be directed to the employees Techs seemed like they were lost with no direction, uninterested in working, laughing and talking in groups of 4-6 people just talking about nonsense. Total process from arriving to leaving took almost Two hours. VERY POOR SERVICE HERE"

"Very friendly workers, my battery was a bit extra to replace but the employees here made it a seamless process, they worked fast, and even helped find discount codes to help save a few dollars for everything. This was a very amazing experience and I'm thankful for the team that worked on my oil and battery change today."

"Came Friday for an oil change & estimate on a power steering leak. Found out it was the pump, they set us up for Tuesday, 10/3/23, to get it installed. The whole team helped in 1 way or another to get my Wahine back up & going. My service dog, Natasha, and I truly appreciate them all."
