"I was hesitant at first, and boy was I wrong!! The time the associate took to make sure my shoes were, the right shoes was awesome!!! You may spend a little more. I just look at it as it's at least a years worth of shoe if not more, take 12 months into what you paid, then divide it by 365 days and hey they aren't that expensive after all.. I love my shoes. "Good store, nice people, terrible logistics. I ordered shoes Nov 10, paid in full, they said they'd order them, would be a couple of weeks. I called them a couple of weeks later, they hadn't arrived, they assured me they'd contact me when they did. Today, Dec 21, I called them, they seemed surprised, then checked and said they got them a week ago. Canceled my order, then had to call again to remind them they needed to credit my card. Very poor service with no attempt at recovery. Won't be shopping there again."
