Epic waste of time and gas coming here. I get it takes a little while to do an oil change, but 2-4 cars should have been serviced in the time I waited."

"Went to get synthetic oil change going on for $99.99+tax. They Used a fluid evacuator to take oil out instead of manually doing it (good thing). However, the woman who served me talks too much and less work was done on my vehicle. Most things on my receipt were checked off but not really done (windshield fluid, psi light with low air in tires, didn't reset oil change %, checked off as most of my engine was "sealed" when their were some that were accessible, etc. Their suppose to honor their quote, " Full-service 18-POINT MAINTENANCE CHECK", but unfortunately didn't see this happening. Maybe if I was on the other side where the three guys worked as a team and saw better service on the other car, I would of gotten better service."

"Good service, but there is nothing “instant” about this place. I budget 1.5 hours every time I get my oil changed. There doesn’t seem to be much urgency in the attitudes of the staff. I expect at least 30min per car."
