"Came in with my Tesla and got charged for a tire patch….. Tesla are hard work on and needs a special tech …. almost unheard of. They should disclose that if the standard advertising is free. They were nice explain it but as for a company and policy is crazy. I’d stick with discount tire as it’s always free no matter what!"

"My grandson's Altima needed to be realigned w/o an appointment. The previous alignment warranty had expired five days earlier. The girl at the front desk said "let me check with the manager". Two minutes later, she and the manager came out and said "no charge". They fit it in and 20 min. later I was on my way! GREAT SERVICE AND PEOPLE!!!!!"

"I have been working in the retail management field for over 20 years. The highest compliment I can ever give to any business is, “ THIS TEAM IS FANTASTIC”! Every single person working at this location from the front desk, installers, and Management are hardworking. This business is run as one single entity. I can tell that everyone has each other’s backs, and they care for one another. And it shows through the customer service that they provide to the community. I have visited this location on two different occasions to get my flat tire repaired. Most recently a young woman named Jazzmine assisted me. She made sure that I was well taken care of. Since tire-repair cannot be scheduled as a regular appointment, she provided me with the best days and times to come in for my repair. I took her advice, dropped off my car, picked it up, and drove home in a safer car. The tire repair itself was relatively inexpensive, it does require your patience as this team is working as hard as fast as they can to get the job done. Be prepared to wait at least a few hours if your tires need repair. The wait is well worth it. This location is very clean and well organized. A note to Ms/Mr. Les Schwab- There is a strong rubber odor throughout the store. Not sure if this is healthy for the employees. Perhaps installing hepa filters would help protect the working environment."

"I didn’t have appointment. I’m not really good at car stuff. I drove in morning and asked for tire rotation for my car. They said I could leave it for the day. They were able to get me in. When it came time to pick my car up they did not charge me! I was happiest that I have been in very long time! Things like this do not happen to me! They told me what they did and checked on my car for me. They will be getting all of my business in the future!"

"BUYER BEWARE! READ BEFORE YOU BUY HERE. Bought tires from here for 1,300 + and when they put them they put them on they over torqued my wheels or cross threaded them. Yesterday when I came in to get my wheels balanced they told me that they we’re gonna have to break off my studs because they couldn’t get the lug nuts off and they didn’t even fix the studs. They gave me parts and told me to give them to the person that does my brakes next time? Great customer service for someone who has bought 3 sets of tires from them. Oh yeah and the guy says he can’t fix the studs that they broke because they don’t work on brembos but yeah they gave me a quote to get my brakes done afterwards? So now I have a car that’s missing 3 lug nuts. Thanks"
