"Taz took great care of us during our most recent visit. She expertly walked my wife through some “shoe secrets” to enhance her comfort (not to suggest Allbirds aren’t already exceedingly comfortable) and with that increased our “ring” at the till. My Tree Pipers are incredibly comfortable and stylish and my wife’s Tree Breezers are beautiful! All in all it is an excellent location with great sales staff. All of the products are represented and there is no “hard selling”. We have numerous pairs of shoes as well as hats, clothing & socks! Great products, great store, exceptional staff! "Been ordering from them for some time, loved the products. All of a sudden, they've cancelled two of my orders, decided I was defrauding them (I suspect, they won't tell me) and won't let me purchase from them. I was told I could go to a store to purchase products or a third party retailer. Well, Allbirds, this is my closest store to me. The only thing I'm giving you now is bad reviews. Only customer service I've ever experienced worse than this was DIA's Avis rental car location."

"There are some awesome shoes here. It's open-spaced with all walls covered in kicks. Staff are around to grab sizes for you. They are friendly and patient. Allbirds is worth popping in."
