"I'm a plus size woman and I needed to exchange a pair of boots for a size that would fit my legs. The woman told ne she couldn't exchange them because they weren't in a box.....I didnt buy them in a box! So now I'm stuck with a $60 pair of shoes that I can not wear? I spend a lot of money in this store, and not just for myself.....I have 3 daughters so the majority of my money goes towards Jordan's, nikes, and other shoes that are very expensive. Very disappointed, I will be taking my business elsewhere."
