Reviews of Elemental Pizza
"Service was so disappointing! Reading other reviews, it seems like my experience happens often. I went in on a Saturday afternoon with my mom and sister. We were seated after a 2 minute wait at a corner booth, but once seated, no one approached us for over 15 minutes. We sat there looking around to get someone’s attention since we weren’t sure who our server was supposed to be. The servers were either chatting amongst themselves near the kitchen or serving the customers around us (who came in at the same time as us). They didn’t even acknowledge us and it seemed like they forgot us since we were in the corner booth (obstructed view). Our eyes did meet many employees, but none of them approached us, and went back to chatting away. I had to get up and tell the hostess who sat us that no one has helped up for over 15 minutes and she said she’d go check. 3 minutes later a server (who was one of the servers chatting earlier) came with waters and took our order, not even acknowledging how long it took them to finally serve us. It was obvious that we were hungry and irritated from our faces, but she acted as if nothing happened. At least come up with an excuse or something! Pretending like nothing happened made it even worst. When the food came out, everything was just lukewarm. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while. We ordered two pizzas, a salad, a pasta dish, and two Italian sodas. Everything was bland, lukewarm, and difficult to finish. The server’s name was Katherine. We usually tip at least 20% for bare minimum service. We did not tip this time because of the awful service. Would not recommend going here because the employees seem to have little to no experience in customer service."
"I love one of the foods (Cesar chicken sandwich) at this place and has been a reliable customer of elemental. However, lately the store at U-village hired a waitress that has consistently given me the wrong order. Normally that’s okay as mistakes happen however this time was different as I called to order and repeated my order multiple times saying I needed 2 of the sandwiches to ensure she got it right. However when I arrived at the place, the waitress’s greeting was a bit rude, and had only 1 sandwich ready for pick up. When asked, she insisted that I only order one and was adamant about it. Mistakes happen but it helps when people take accountability for it. If you misheard the order say that but don’t fight back saying that’s not what you ordered!"
"Great place for delicious pizza. They served our order fairly quickly, and our server was very friendly and welcoming. They do gluten-free crust in house; they have the flour, and pizzas are freshly made, which is great because most other restaurants have the pre-made base with smaller sizes."
"Really good pizza, much better than most places in Seattle. Crust has a good char and is chewy. Toppings are all fresh and delicious. The burrata is great and the best appetizer. A little pricey but not horrible for Seattle."
"We had the Green Goddess that's loaded with spinach.. For addition of protein we had to pay extra. The cost is on a bit higher side as compared to the taste. The pizza is not that great. The server was really friendly. Overall the ambience is good.. The restaurant has very nice sitting arrangement"
