"I am happy with the wash portion of Brown Bear. However I travel often around the country and see a much better customer service experience from most car washes closer to the east coast. Most car washes back east offer free vacuums for paying car wash customers. Meanwhile Brown Bear is charging the same if not more than most of these other washes for their monthly customers without any of the other available options like free vacuums. And then being forced to pay a minimum of $2.00 when all I needed was a quick minute to get my driver's side floor mat clean. Then I waste the other four minutes and drive away feeling like I was taken advantage of. Doesn't feel like I matter as a customer or a person to Brown Bear"

"I paid $15 for a car wash with shine included. A little steep but OK. Once I was done i drove around and found out that I had to pay to vacuum my car! I was highly upset because I never had to anywhere else plus if I needed air freshener,spray or towel that was a additional charge as well. Will never go back there"
