He helped me get fitted he knew about the kind of work industry I work in and he was able to find a boot that fit me well and works well for the surroundings."

"I bought some boots in August and one of them started squeaking about 4 months later. The boots felt comfortable and were keeping water out like they were supposed to but the squeak was annoying! I called on a weekend and spoke with Austin who had advised me to bring them in and they’d swap them out for a new pair. They honored the return and applied the Tuff Toe to the new boots and I picked them up a couple of days later. Excellent service at this location which is a rarity nowadays. I’ll keep coming back. I believe they also honor a union discount too if you ask. Keep up the good work!"

"When I walked in, the young guy, (not the guy who ordered the shoes for me) ignored me and did not acknowledge me standing there. I waited patiently while he went to assisted another man(as the first man departed with his shoes that was in front of me) on the floor with his shoes. Another white man walked in and he immediately greeted him and I spoke up that he didn't acknowledge me and then he did at that point. I don't need special nothing! My money is as green as the next person. I did get the shoes I ordered and I was very polite and professional as I communicated with this young man. Racism is real, but I don't take it personal, I just respond sometimes from the heart because I don't tolerate too much, but I do choose my communications and energy wisely! I earned all I have by God's grace and mercy! Period! Oh! The young man did remind me that I get life time warranty with these shoes strings on a knob. This is pretty cool because I like this knob on my shoes. Kudos to the young man who ordered my shoes!!!"

"Their customer service cannot be beat. Needed new work boots due to stolen luggage and showed up within a half hour of closing. Austin was the best! He really made a painful situation so much more pleasant. My husband’s previous model of well-loved Red Wing work boots were no longer available; however, Austin went out of his way to research the closest match, all while pulling different models and sizes of boots and insoles.
