"A unique pasta experience. You create your own pasta to from the sauce, to the pasta and added meat. I like this because a lot of places you have to get a certain pasta with a particular sauce. Then you choose any sides or drinks you want to add. Everything is made to order so you know you will be getting fresh hot pasta. Then you bus your own table which I kind of like. All in all a good experience. The bolognese sauce could use a little more flavor"

"Relaxing warm bistro with freshly made pasta and sophisticated sauces- a winning combo for chilly rainy days We ordered these combo: Mushroom White Truffle Oil w/ Campanella Smoked Salmon w/ Bucatini Pomodoro + pork cheek w/ Bucatini Traditional Bolognese w/ Spaghetti All bursting with flavors Only drawback is that they are all on the heavy salty side. Next time I will definitely ask for light sodium Overall a very pleasant lunch"
