"This has been the worst experience. From calling to get an appointment to finally getting an installation is unbelievable. It’s mostly been a horrible experience due to the service company (car toys) and all the expenses and delays due to the service center. For a company that installs these units, they are completely clueless to the laws and procedures. The added expense I’ve had to pay due to there ignorance or complete lack of basic knowledge has been awful. To be told there is a rebate that I need to apply for to only find out they don’t have the paperwork and I can go online to apply. If this is any indication of how this is going to work for the next year…..GIVE UP!!! Update….I received a phone call from Blanca from customer service. She was so kind, easy to talk to and did everything she could to address my problems and concerns with my experience. It’s refreshing to have someone actually reach out and be ready to help. Thank you very much,"
