"Not impressed at all with the service department. We have tried multiple times to make an oil change appointment for my mom's Kia Soul. We never get return phone calls and when we try to schedule it online or through the app, we get a message that someone will reach out to us to make the appointment. It never happens. Even though this dealership is literally a mile from her house, I guess we will have to drive 20 miles out of our way to a dealership that actually responds to service requests. I realize places are shorthanded, I myself work in a service department. However, good manners is to contact the customer back when they try and schedule work."
