"We ordered 2 for 25 meals, the NEW 8oz. Garlic Top Sirloin Skillet, it was terrible! it was ordered MD rare, but it came very undercooked, with gray hue, puffy, chewy, tasteless, and so bloody it was the deep purple raw color inside...i swear I heard it, Moo and the Mash potatoes were cold! My meal was ok... I ordered the NEW White Cheddar Bacon & Chicken Skillet...it was better at my home town apple bees, same with the steak! Cheese sticks were cold... like a breaded string cheese from the fridge to hot melted cheese at all... I thought it was odd how fast they came. The host, why does the kid work there? He doesn't care. His demeanor showed it, and his customer service was not even customer service. "go.sit down I'llbe there with menus." There no indication to where to sit...so we sat ourselves...glad he wasn't a server or waiter. Now the waiter, he was a wonderful person but never came back after our food. We each got i soda no refill...I had to chase him to get boxes, which we ended not needing because we threw our food away after my husband got sick later that night. We didn't even bother to tell him about the steak...at this point, we couldn't even get him to come back to fill drinks and check on us. Pretzels with beer cheese was the only really good part of our dinner."
"Wonderful place with hometown feel. We are in the area on a temporary basis. We found this gem and felt right at home. Staff was very nice and friendly. Good was great. We enjoyed our time here. We will be back. Thank you!"
"Nice enough place to sit and drink/eat but that's hard to do when the steak you ordered has such a thick layer of fat that it won't cut through it and the soda tasted like dirty water and it was flat. The people there were fairly nice but food and drinks. Not so good"
"All of the food was cold. Also not cooked as we ordered. The server was extremely rude rolling her eyes. When I said my steak was under cooked she replied " we don't have thermometers". Which is insane in a food service establishment. When we asked for a manager we waited fifteen minutes and asked again. The server said I told the manager he'll come when he comes. Juan the manager walks up timid and unsure. Asked what the problem was. No apologies nothing. I told him the food was cold and asked him to please touch it. He refused. Replying it's unsanitary. Worst service ever. I will be talking to the manager tomorrow. Which nobody knows what time he'll be in. Never knew customer service has came to this. Thanks for food delivery services. Also my daughters recorded the whole ordeal. I'll post and put the link in"
"Our server Julia S. was awesome, and did a great job serving. The manager, Candace I., however, was very rude and condescending when we asked for an explanation about their free appetizer offer. We qualified for a free appetizer (see the attached photo) and ordered one, only to find out that the free offer (in extremely small fine print) was only good on your next visit AFTER we had eaten the food. We asked to see the manager to find out if she could offer a discount or something because of the misunderstanding, but instead, she lectured us on the content of the fine print of the offer. She made us feel like we were stupid, and acted as if we were imposing on her time, wrapping up her interaction with us by stating that she would get right on it, and "...tell corporate to reprint the table cards for all 400 of their locations". Not a very professional attitude, to say the least, and I would expect more from a management representative of Applebee's."
