"I was craving chicken strips so I stopped by. I can't believe what I saw, after I made my order, I saw them putting my food in the microwave to reheat it and gave it to me. It was terrible. The chicken strips were just warm and the fries tasted really good, I ate half of them and threw the rest in the garbage. I used work at another DQ and loved their chicken strips basket. We used to fry them fresh, a chicken strips basket takes 6 mins to cook. But something really changed, I think this store either got cheap or just lazy. I will never come back."
"While in the drive through when taking our order the person just stopped responding. We sat there for about 5 minutes before pulling up to the window. Then we had to knock on the window to get someone's attention. The person who came to the window said "we have problems with that sometime. What do you want." We gave our order and they did bring it- however both blizzards had whip cream on them which ive never experienced before and they did not do the "blizzard flip" for both blizzards- again, not a big deal but weird for a DQ franchise. My blizzard had icecream all over the cup and was a bit messy, and no napkins were offered. They did give us a free pup cup- but It was whip cream, not ice cream. Again, not that big of a deal but a little weird. Both blizzards were tasty."
"Don't order food here, especially not on the mobile app. I think this place is being operated by new people who don't know what they're doing. I made an order using the mobile app then got there and they were confused and asked me if I made an order. Because of this my order took longer than normal. As a few other reviewers stated, the food was cold by the time I brought it home.. It was at most a 5-6 minute drive. Paid $14 for a relatively small burger (flamethrower stackburger) and a very basic salad side. The burger wasn't even that good, had huge chunks of lettuce falling out everywhere. And the salad was just 100% lettuce and ranch dressing. You can make a much better burger at home with cheap grocery store ingredients. The quality of recruiting workers at this chain must've dropped drastically and I'm not sure how the folks here got hired, but the guy taking my order did not have very good customer service skills and didn't speak clearly."
"I finished my dinner here a few minutes ago. This location has changed a lot from what I knew. No people were sitting at the tables. I was the only person who sitting. I ordered the famous signature menu, Chicken Strip. When I got my recipe, the food box was already prepared, but it was not hot. Especially the fries are warm and dry. The person who scanned my mobile app wasn't friendly at all. I had to clean my phone because he grabbed my phone with his oily hand. I didn't say anything to him for my dinner time. Honestly, I don't want to visit again this location. I was so disappointed. I give two stars to a few friendly employees."
