"I'm always anxious about taking my car in for any services, I have had some bad experiences. This was the exact opposite. The Pep Boys in Federal Way we're fantastic. They gave me the initial cost, then let me know what they found and if any of it was urgent/emergent. They broke down any additional costs and let me decide what I wanted to do without any pressure. Then gave me a print out of the service and condition of everything they checked out. I appreciated this so much!"

"Friendly staff, reasonable price and great service. Went for replacing two worn out tires with new ones. They said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. It was done in 45 minutes. I paid and was out the door in an hour. Much, much better than a dealership experience I had before."

"My girlfriend took her car in because someone had drilled a hole to get the gas. They called her 5 days later telling her it was fixed. She picked it up and filled the gas tank. It leaked all the gas out on the way home. They hadn't worked on it at all. I do not recommend"

"This place is wonderful! About a month ago I had my air valve on my tire completely break off, on a Sunday which was even worse. They gave me a new valve free of charge! Then today I went in for 4 new tires and thought my abs sensor was out, had the part and asked if they would install it. Arrive to get my vehicle and pay and they informed me that it actually was the computer brain module, not the sensor so they didn't put it in so I wasn't charged for a job that wouldn't fix the problem. My tires are amazing and so much cheaper than neighboring shops!"
