"Im a regular customer here, I adore the people who work and drive to my apt when i am exhausted from my own work day since I work 40+ hours i just buy pizza for the entire family. By now they know my name. "Oh its " I have a regular driver who loves seeing my cats, She herself saw them when they were just little fuzzballs, I remember "Oh they have gotten so big!" .. Every driver there, and everyone who cooks the pizza is remarkable and amazing. :D Thank you!"

"Moved here a couple months ago and have ordered from this pizza hut a couple times so far. I have ordered from other pizza huts and the pizza was so salty, but pizza from this location isn't bad. Though I walked in to pick up and about four employees, that were just chit chatting with each other, looked at me and didn't say anything. I was acknowledged and helped by an employee that was clearly busy preparing food items. (tall guy, curly black hair I believe, and had some facial hair I think. No nametags.) Thought we would give this location another try.. Screen said ready at 6:45. Got here at 6:50, counter employee said a few more minutes. Employees yelling at each other that they need orders ready, and don't have room to put other orders. Our order was ready at 7:03. At least it was nice and hot...."

"I called in an order and was connected with the call center. That experience was not favorable but the way the manager at Edgewood, to whom I was transferred, handled things wonderfully. As a slightly frustrated customer I felt heard and taken care of. Thank you!!"

"I was unfair with my previous rating of the Edgewood., Wa., Pizza Hut yesterday. It was just frustrating. So I received a do over from them and it is a great difference in the New Yorker I purchased. The General Manager, Connie, was kind and helped us with the incorrect pizza the first time around. The pizza had very little sauce, And the extra cheese and olives were almost non existent. See first picture. But the pizza I received today was good and expected I should have received the first time. See other pictures. Thank you for making this right. Martin P."
