"The last time I got my oil changed, they over tightened the drain bolt so much that I stripped the bolt head trying to remove it on my own. In an effort to try and save money, I decided to do my own oil change, and I discovered this bolt problem after I had bought all my supplies and started the work. I took it to this location to address the issue, as I had previously only took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube, and it was overdue for an oil change. I told the staff what happened, only to be quoted the same "that will be $118" to change out the oil. I usually like Jiffy Lube, but in this case, there was no attempt at trying to understand the customer. I left after waiting a few minutes in line because I honestly felt like a sucker. I am sitting in my suv with 5 quarts of new oil and a new filter sitting on the passenger seat, that I spent money and time to get, trying to get a fix to an issue THEY caused, and they're telling me to pay the full price without any other explanation. I went to Jiffy Lube in good faith that they would help me out by fixing the bolt issue or maybe considering the money and time I already spent. If they could not just look at the bolt in isolation due to some policy that's fine. At least tell me that and give me the option to decide what to do before quoting me the regular price for an oil change. It was like a slap in the face."

"Great experience with a spark plug & wire change and CV axle replacement. Never felt pressured to get any work done, just helpful information from the team. Justin, the mechanic, was extremely patient with my questions, walking me through and explaining each part, what was wrong with it, and how much it would cost to replace. Additionally, they were able to work with to schedule and finish the work on my car despite my hectic schedule. I trust their judgement and would return for future service needs."

"I have been taking my vehicle for oil changes with Jiffy Lube for years now. Today the service was great! They changed oil and replaced windshield wiper blades. They tested them and made sure I was satisfied. They were were very polite and performed the services in a timely manner. A little pricey for an oil change, but then again you don’t have to make an appointment and sit and wait. Definitely recommend!"

"Will not return. I went in for an oil change, new windshield wipers, and to put air in my tires. The serviceman told me an oil change would be $118. I said that is rather high… but because he recommended synthetic oil for my car I took his advice. I asked for a coupon. He gave me one for $10. I came to find out there was one online for $25 leaving me feeling disappointed for the first service. Then I asked twice for them to please vacuum the mats for the service. Justin happily said he would include this in my service. When I returned to the car, the vehicle was not vacuumed. Leaving me again , disappointed. THEN…. Another serviceman was in my vehicle stating he could not get my car into park. I quickly noticed HE HAD TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF WHILE STILL IN DRIVE…. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Clearly paying zero attention while operating my vehicle. Will NOT be back. Don’t go here."
