"I appreciated the customer service I received yesterday and having Todd explaining to me in words I could understand about the car.Since I really do not know much about cars. One thing I did not appreciate is when I went in my car both seats were tilt back -all the way back the radio was blasting Spanish music when I turned on the ignition and the steering wheel was filthy, even though its all black in my car when I got home and washed my hands a lot of the dirt came off, whatever it was, I also had to wipe near the door handle for this was dirty as well with black dirt, they used to have paper down below to cover the carpet as well, don't they do this anymore, I like to know that my car was kept cleaned and nothing was touched on the inside but obviously this wasn't the case, please pass this on for I do not think its O.K. to play around inside customers car."

"Either this shop or Pacific Motor Companies straight up lying to me and my insurance company. Picked up the car this Saturday after 2 repeat visits for a persistent issue and they blamed it on PMC changing 1 tire yet their notes to my insurance company don’t say a tire was replaced. Luckily I have everything recorded even the persistent issues and everything I was told. We will find out who is lying, which shop, soon enough."

"Recently I had my 2010 Ford Escape in for transmission work. I was specific in the repair work I wanted done, and my still charged a $175 diagnostic fee. The technician found the same problem that I had already previously stated. I asked if the diagnosis fee could be applied towards the cost of the repair and was told "no". They charged me another $800 for the work they performed, which did not fix the problem and left me still with a broken transmission, just a "shinier" band-aid. These guys are conman, just trying to make a buck. Definitely do not recommend and lost a customer after years of business with them."
