"DELIVERY NEVER SHOWED UP. Don't even bother with this place, the people that work there don't care - a sign of bad management. After a failed dinner recipe experiment, I called pizza hut to save us the effort of trying again. The guy said it would be 30 minutes. Cool. We were starving but beggars can't be choosers. 50 minutes go by. No delivery, no call or update. I called them, and the automated phone service simply said that our order had been cancelled. No explanation, no phone call to let us know, nothing. If I hadn't called, we'd be sitting and waiting for over an hour before resorting to scrounging our understocked pre-vacation fridge. Gimme a break. If you cancel my order, at least call me to let me know."

"I arrived here 30 minutes after the operation with the child, and she did not give me the order!! because they don’t have money in the cash register for change! In the end, my daughter was left hungry!!! I would close such an establishment!!!"

"Worst branch ever for Pizza Hut. There are only 3 ingredients in my order and they missed one (onions) and look the the spread of toppings. So disappointing. Will never go back to this branch again. The one in Everett is the best pizza from Pizza Hut so far I had. Avoid this branch if you can. And to top it, the one who gave me my order doesn’t wear mask or gloves."
