"This man went over and above for me I would recommend him to anyone that wants quality work done . He really helped me out with an instant hot water heater stove , a forced air suburban heater . He had to refram things, cut things, move things, and did an absolutely fantastic job ... then on top of all that, I had an issue with a water heater in my house after the 3rd water heater. He came out and trouble shooting and found it was a leak it was9 ocklock on a Saturday.. he charged me for the work on the rv . But came by and helped me with my house and was willing to come back Sunday and fix the leak under my house . Luckily, my son took care of the leak . I will be calling on his in the future and might even see if he will work on my Ford f250"
"Ken seemed to be a nice guy. He came out and diagnosed the issue w/ my RV fridge. Said he was familiar w/ dealing w/ the company I had for extended warranty. We set up a time for him to come out. He said he would order the part. Well that time came around & he no showed. So I called him. He said the part would be in this week so we scheduled for the following week. No show. I called again. He said he had the part & would be out on Mon. I informed him again that Mon's don't work for me but could do Thurs. He agreed. He never showed or called. If he didn't want the job or couldn't do it then say so."
"Ken came out and installed a new furnace in our Montana 5th wheel. We are grateful that he had time to squeeze us in. Communication was good. Did a very professional job. Would not hesitate to call his company again for service."
"Ken was very nice and professional to speak to on the phone. He even attempted to walk me through some trouble shooting on my tankless water heater before he made the trip out but unfortunately it needed a professional hand. Ken was able to figure out where and how rain water got into the heater vent outside, got the water out and bam! Hot water heater fixed. He seemed more than happy to give tips, recommendations, and tricks on our older RV. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much Ken!"
"Sorry reader for the long review but you need to know so you can avoid hiring this company and experiencing what I did. This was the Worse experience I’ve ever had. I called Ken on recommendation from another company I had contacted. Ken said he could come out the next day. I texted him my info that afternoon. The next morning I texted him to confirm the appt and he knew nothing of the appt but said he could come out the next day on Sunday. Sat night he called and told me he was tired and asked if he could come on Monday. I agreed. When he came he seemed very knowledgeable and even told me how to fix some of the minor issues I had myself saving me money. Totally appreciated this. He said he would submit the information needed to my warranty by Thursday that week. Well that day came and went. I kept asking him when he would be submitting the info for I really needed the water leak in my outdoor kitchen and my furnace fixed. He would not respond to any of my texts. After a month or so he finally texted me telling me he had to have surgery from an accident and would be out another 6-8 weeks. Ok I decided to wait for I felt bad that he was without work and probably would welcome the money when was able to return. When the time came that him to be back I texted him to find out when he would be able to submit the paperwork to the warranty. I personally would have thought this could have been done while at home recouping but that’s just me if I was a sole proprietor as he is. But no he didn’t. Well all my texts went unanswered. I was a fool for waiting so long and wanting to help out another person. Guess he doesn’t need the work. In my own opinion I don’t think he knew how to fix my fifth wheel. He’s not certified and is “self taught” as he told me. It took me over 3 months to wake up and realize that he’s unqualified to do any repairs to a rv. If he had no knowledge of how to fix my water leak or furnace and is “just a mechanic” as I’ve read in another review recently then he should have been upfront with me and told me this. I had even asked him a few times if he wanted me to look elsewhere for my repairs but this too went unanswered. The only good that I can say is he didn’t charge me for stringing me along as he did for so long. Just glad I found a certified technician that knows what he’s doing and is honest unlike Ken at Mobile Fleet (Not an) Expert."
