"This place can not keep appointments! Always canceling appointments last minute. Always excuses that doesn’t make sense most of the time. Looking elsewhere for my daughters and nieces dentist work. I kind of figured because the place has been changed owner/provide many times. The workers are great but they gossip about patients when they’re gone! Horrible and do not recommend."

"Medical assistants and the doctor are very polite! We had an emergency examination for our boy 9 years old. We are very satisfied from the examination."

"Staff is friendly and the dentist is a nice guy, good with kids. My 3 year old daughter had a good experience there. The orthodontist was also friendly and helpful when the dentist was unavailable for a limited evaluation. However, I'll be transferring care away from here for my daughter due to the terrible customer service. It's a poorly run business. They simply don't pick up the phone. We showed up for an appointment on time and the door was locked and the lights were off. We called many times, obviously nobody picked up. Then after about 10 minutes somebody appeared inside. They had taken a long lunch break. Now they're sending letters about an overdue balance. I called them many times about this, no answer. I called once this morning and the receptionist (very politely- I'll give her that) told me that they're short staffed and she would "get back to me in a week or so" to tell me more about whether or not we actually have a balance."

"My 6 year old needed 2 cavities filled. I haven't had this done with a kid before, so I didn't know what to ask or expect. My child began panicking when they put the gas on the nose. Then the drilling started and there was full on screaming and terror. The dentist and assistant just kept looking at me and sighing, like somehow I did something wrong, and supposed to do something about it. They said it will "only be 5 minutes" and then maybe wanted me to hold my child down while they drilled? It was literally 20 minutes of screaming from my child, and sighing and disappointment from the dentist. My child is now terrified of the dentist, not surprisingly. I asked the dentist to refer us to somewhere that will do sedation or anesthesia to treat the other cavities, and we got an email from him telling us what a horrible idea that was, but listed some numbers. We tried to get records sent to the new place, and even after calling to request records SIX TIMES I could NOT get them to send them. I am not exaggerating. Thankfully on one of the times they called me to schedule the next visit I begged the person (Caitlynn?) to send the records, and ask whether I needed to get an attorney or what the next steps were she was able to get them sent. She was very helpful and looked into it for me."

"Wouldn’t go here...I had my braces on for 3 years going here and they did little to nothing during each appointment. Now at my new orthodontist, i’ve been there for around a year and i’m seeing 3-4x the improvement it’s ridiculous. I was always scared to go there when i was younger and they were made aware of that countless times but it felt like they did nothing to help. Overall i would recommend just going somewhere else unless you want your appointments to be randomly cancelled and still have to pay for them."
