"This is long but it is detailed review. I am beyond grateful to have find Factoria Dentistry. These people are amazing. I came here after a bad experience with my previous dentist. Every one in the office were nice, welcoming and super professional. Taking an appointment is stress free and they have a text messaging option that actually has a human being on the other end. I am a new mom, this help a lot working details of my appointment as I dont always have the time to make a phone call. On my first visit I had work done on 7 of my teeths including 3 extractions. Dr. Kim was great, he walked me through the whole process. I also had a chance to be seen by Dr. kwon and she was amazing too. She made sure I am comfortable throughout the appointment. Most importantly billing is clear and easy as well. No hidden fees, pre estimate are given to you for anything that you need or want to do. This is something we didn't see in other dentists we dealt with. I introduced my husband to factoria dentistry. He also loves them. He will be writing his won review.
