"I cannot dote on this staff more. If they had an ability to give a 100 star rating, I would give it. I had a dental emergency and my normal dentist was able to get me in the same day I went to them, however, I use pierce shuttle and have to make arrangements the day before, so I waited for 2 days. When I arrived at the office, they showed genuine concern, got me through the paperwork as fast as possible and got me into the room. I am a bit afraid of the Dentist, so I asked for nitrous oxide and asked how much. I was shocked to learn that it was included for no cost. The only thing I would have to complain about was the dental assistant forgot to tell the Doctor, yes, an MD, to video take the procedure incase there was puss. Other than that, they were awesome. From the time I checked in to the time I left the office was an hour and 10 minutes."

"If I could grow extra teeth just to have these guys yank them out, I would. They were friendly, personable, caring, casual, yet professional. Getting your wisdom teeth taken out is never something anyone looks forward to but they made it such a breeze. I expressed anxiety due to the IV and anesthesia, they jumped right in with the laughing gas to take the edge of and a topical so I wouldn't feel the needle, no questions asked and no dismissal. They even gave me a pint of ice cream in my recovery bag! If I had a reason to be a repeat customer I would in a heartbeat."

Having oral surgery can be very daunting. I put off a bone graft and dental implant because I was scared, plus the cost is even more frightening. Lol My point is, this office made my experience feel easy and I wondered why I waited!"

"My 9 year old daughter had four baby teeth extracted today. She was scared going into it, but the nurses helped her be comfortable with everything and Dr. Ludwig was awesome. Everyone explained what was going to happen before it happened so she knew what was going on. The staff kept me informed as to how things were going during the procedure. Dr. Ludwig called this evening to check on her. Oh, and the ice cream after didn't hurt, either. We will definitely consider this office agthe future! future!"
