"I’m writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. Yesterday he got a call from this dental office about confirming his appointment for today. He left work early and when we went in to check in the woman said he was not even on the list for today’s appointment, so he had asked than why he received a call about his appointment today. Why would you leave a voicemail saying you want to confirm the appointment for today and we just called to check when his appointment is apparently he’s not even on the schedule, but you want to waste our time and say “just calling to confirm your appointment for tomorrow”. The woman at the front desk got up walked away and ran down the hall. I have no idea what kind of business is being run here but this business needs to be shut down. Absolutely unprofessional, wasting people’s time and giving misleading information. What kind of people are even being hired here?"

"Love this dental practice! Dr. Jones is professional, skilled, experienced, and personal! She has been my grandchildren's dentist all their lives, through all their developmental stages. They're now in late teens & 20s. We are fortunate! Dr. Jones' practice is also a valuable community asset, both here & abroad. Rose, receptionist, is warm and welcoming. After so many years, they feel like family."

She made a temporary partial denture and they were beautiful, strong, and fit perfectly! She often teaches so some staff is in training - be patient and relax, you are in good hands. Hands down, my favorite dentist ever! Even better quality than other (expensive) fancy officed dentists I've been to."
