"I called Speedy Glass the morning after a tree branch flew into our window during a wind storm and they came out that day to measure the window. I heard back that afternoon with a quote. The quote was very reasonable, they ordered the window and it came within a week. They were here the very next morning for install and showed up right on time. Ian was really great during install, clean, friendly, professional, picked up all the broken glass outside and everything. It took less than an hour. Would highly recommend Speedy Glass in Gig Harbor. I appreciate their prompt and professional service so much! Working with them was a breeze."

"The work wasn’t great. They left things unclipped & scraped part of the plastic they needed to clip back in. The windshield also looks as though it barely fits the car. I can see the frame of my car from the inside."

"I would not recommend this shop. I drove 50 miles to our scheduled appointment only to be told we did not have one, we rescheduled and when I called to confirm it they had changed the time for earlier, so if I came at given time I would have wasted time and gas again and been told we missed the appointment. I don't know if it's incompetence or on purpose because they are only glass shop in Gig Harbor and most likely overbook."

"Great customer service from the office to the techs. Had a windshield (due to crack) replaced in a Toyota truck- speedy is right! Dropped off and was done within 1.5hrs. Would highly recommend for your glass needs. Note- Originally took to a large competitor, suggested by our insurance. Never again, they had the truck over 5hrs and hadn't touched it by the time we went back. Stay local- remember Speedy Glass! No disappointments!"
