"This is part 2. Long time patient of Dr Kim. I started with a new dentist. First appointment, I have gingivitis. Last cleaning with Dr Kim I had some bleeding but I was chalking it up to inept cleaning. At no time did anyone at Dr Kim's office tell me that I had gingivitis. I just heard that me teeth were clean. I had been complaining about mouth and tongue discomfort and Dr Kim and staff were stumped. To be fair so was my primary care Dr. 3 days after a thorough cleaning with the new team, discomfort gone. I had a gum recession that Dr Kim seemed ok just not doing anything about. New DDS, first visit, wants me to get a consultation. Had to get gum surgery to save the tooth."
