"I had a headlight burn out recently. I looked at the owner's manual, and it basically said "you ought to find someone to do it for you". Current cars are so reliable, I have no experience under the hood, nor in purchasing spare parts. So I called up Greenlight, which is within walking distance of my home. They said come down after lunch and we'll do it while you wait. I did, and the repair was done as fast as it would have been in the pits at a race. Everyone was friendly, and I was out in ten minutes."
