But they are super diligent, professional and kind. Great customer service here! The dental assistants and the dentist are very professional and have a kind demeanor. This is for sure my chosen place of business for all things dental."

"The office staff in Lynnwood was wonderful getting me in to Marysville for difficult extraction so quickly. Great Doctor and assistant there , very caring, were quick to realize I needed more help and sent me forward to specialist that took care of me in short time frame. I’m now recovering very well. "I just received a “old balance” in the mail and It’s over 90 days. I paid for everything up front when they gave me the receipt before I even left the place after mine and my husband’s appointments. I called this place repeatedly to make sure I didn't have a balance when the insurance reimbursement came in. I got sent to voicemail 10+ times during business hours. I left messages with no reply. When I finally got through, I was told I didn’t have a balance. *update: The manager of the office called me and was very kind to explain everything. She also worked with me to make sure I could pay it without it being a burden on me. This old balance was from a year ago when I had my last appointment. Not sure how it all got mixed up then, but the office was very helpful now."
