"I am totally impressed with this company! They immediately called me when the order was put in by my insurance company. They worked with me to adjust pickup when my towing company didnt make it by 5pm as planned. They are friendly, knowledgeable and I can't say enough about how awesome they are. In a sea of bad companies these days they are the golden fish! The manager is superb, very knowledgeable and helpful. He went over how to use all the car functions with me and answered my questions thoroughly. He conscientious & careful with details. He clearly explained protocols and how to proceed when my credit card chip wasn't working and I had to be driven home to transfer funds into a different account. The initial staff member I spoke to was also competent, friendly and helpful. I give this company a 6 stars out of 5."
