"Driving behind Van #125 who proceeded to cut us off on the highway in a unsafe manner neglecting to use a signal. As well as using the carpool lane with no passengers. Contrary to its display of “hiring good drivers,” this driver also went under the speed limit disrupting the flow of traffic. Be safe if you choose to use this service because I wouldn’t recommend."

"The driver refused to wear a mask even though it is mandatory I even confirmed with dispatch. Then she proceeded to make a stop at the Longhouse past Sequim WA. When I asked her to please put her mask on she told me it was drivers discretion and that dispatch just hasn’t updated. Driver pulled over abruptly to let a vehicle pass but didn’t use a blinker or anything. Too risky for and my almost 2 year old. I will make sure from this point forward that paratransit does not schedule my rides with this company."

"This review is unrelated to a paying customer experience I had with the business itself however, when on the road with a van from JD transport one of their drivers proceeded to come into the wrong lane and come feet from hitting me head on. If you’re going to drive for a living, learn how to do it safely."
