"I recently had a wonderful experience at DOCS Dental. The clinic’s modern and clean environment, along with the latest technology, made for a comfortable visit. The staff, from the front desk to the dental hygienists and dentists, were all friendly, professional, and accommodating. I particularly appreciate that they have a pediatric dentist available on certain Saturdays, and it’s evident they excel in handling children. My kids love the televisions in the rooms with children’s programs playing. Recently, we met with their on-site orthodontist regarding my daughter’s crowding and crooked teeth. After a thorough exam, the recommended treatment was explained to my satisfaction. Additionally, their on-site orthodontist was very knowledgeable and addressed all our concerns. While there may be some variability in staff familiarity with equipment and processes, overall, they provided knowledgeable care. On my most recent visit, I also observed the exceptional dedication of the front manager. Despite being the only one on duty, she remained calm and handled multiple tasks efficiently, from assisting customers with missed appointments to managing billing and making phone calls. Despite her workload, she was still trying to provide me with a pricing breakdown for getting my daughter started with braces. However, I suggested she get back to me within a few days, as it was evident she had a lot to deal with and it wasn’t an emergency. Myself and my three children, ages 10, 7, and 2, have consistently had positive experiences at DOCS Dental."
"I've been to this office about 3 times now and they have been pleasant and consistent. Receptionist Jocelin is very welcoming and friendly. Dental assistant Naara is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Doctor L provides excellent patient care and is very skilled in her practice! My procedures were practically all painless even including tooth extraction. They have made a difference in my smile. Thank You The staff and office are very clean and professional. Pricing is open and honest. Highly recommend this office!"
"I recently had a fantastic experience at Docs Dental. The atmosphere was clean and professional, creating a comfortable environment. Dr. L went above and beyond, demonstrating kindness and taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. The hygienist, Nara, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the visit. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for their top-notch service and a team that genuinely cares about their patients' well-being."
"Great job for heigenist Nara, we had to come back the next day because the temporary crown fell off but she corrected it and put a new temporary crown and it fits very well and the pain is gone. She did it all by herself and remade it perfectly. Thank you."
"Really awful is the best I can report. The manager and front desk clerk all need very extensive customer service classes. Roll playing may be helpful. The new dentist, female, needs to be asked why she is a dentist. Dr. Bauer (spelling could be wrong) is a ROCK STAR! He is an active duty dentist that worked there a couple of days. He asked me to get a note from my Osteoporosis provider since I was given a medication that could keep me from receiving a bone implants. She said I was way over the time but gave her blessing. He told me that tooth 8 and 2 needed extraction due to an infection, fistula on #8. He NEVER said she had to approve the teeth to be extracted. The rude tone from them was sickening. I tried to explain he didn't require that, and the dentist wouldn't even talk to me. Does she really need a note from the medical doctor to ...I don't know do what she went to college for! And she wouldn't talk to me. I had a partial made because of the extractions, and I already paid for it, and I need it to move forward. I am on a fixed income and can not pay for another one. I am retired Navy, 20 years, and an RN. To be treated like this is AWFUL!"
