"I very rarely write reviews, but I wanted to make sure I reviewed this shop based on the wonderful experiences I have had as a customer here. Outside In has been my go to store for shoes: they have high quality shoes (including Danskos and Red Wings), good prices, and kind, extremely knowledgeable sales people. Shopping here led me to discover that I had been wearing shoes too big for a very long time, and I likely never would have found out if it wouldn't have been for Sarah, the sales lady, who helped size my shoes correctly. I have been back several times since, and today I had yet another great experience when I was shopping for a pair of Red Wings. I had been to two Red Wings stores in the past week, and neither of them had my size. I remembered that they sold them at Outside In, and sure enough, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Sarah once again went the extra mile: she was very polite and put a lot of thought into making sure the size I purchased was the correct one. I even had the pair of Danskos I was wearing oiled for free. Truly an amazing store. :)"

"I find myself going in Outside In pretty frequently. Sometimes the reason is to browse or get something for myself, but most times it is to get gifts for others. The staff is super friendly and they greet me as soon as I walk in the store. They are able to offer advice when I am not sure what to get someone and they are very knowledgeable of their products. Their social media response is prompt as well. Outside In also supports local artists and vendors, which is a plus! The sell a variety of brands and the quality of the clothing and goods is top-notch. If you want practical and on-trend items, this is the place to go."
