"They did a great job repairing my car after a hit and run. They were really good about updates and had the car back to me in about 3 weeks. I picked it up and we went over the damages and what had been repaired. During that time the woman kept insinuating that I was responsible for some of the damages and lying about what damage had been done in the accident. As I turned the car on, the touch screen and display screen weren’t on (they were working when the car was dropped off). When I went back in to tell them about it not working they told me to just go turn the screen on as if I don’t know how to use my car. After finally coming out to look at it they had to take it back into the shop and fix a blown fuse. I also noticed that I had a half tank of gas when the car was just under full when it was put on the tow truck. The repairs were great but the customer service would probably keep me from going back if I ever needed repairs again."
