"*edit to add in the beginning so it’s seen* it’s now been over 4 months, and not only does my husband still have numbness (aka no feeling) in half of his tongue, but this dentist office knew of the complications afterwards, and 1. did not call to schedule a follow up and did not schedule one after his original extraction (because they let him sit outside the building on the sidewalk alone for almost 15 minutes) 2. when they DID call, it was for a cleaning, and nothing more. i’d also like to make note of multiple *good* reviews being left since my negative review, and all the good ones have been responded to, while mine and 1 other negative review have gone ignored. My husband came here for a wisdom tooth removal, and now he wishes he still had them in. He had a bad experience from the moment he was brought back until now, almost a week later. His entire appointment was rushed from start to finish, his needs and pain were ignored and dismissed, and the staff weren’t the most helpful of the bunch in making sure he would be safe afterwards. If you come here, please ask about all the risks of oral surgery, including prolonged numbness, and do not expect general anesthesia, as they do not provide it."

"I’ve been going here for the past 3ish years and I have to say that the service is immaculate. They treat you like you’re family and always take care of your needs. I’ve never been to a dentist that treats you with respect as much as they do. They always make sure you’re comfortable before proceeding with any of their procedures. I always leave with super clean teeth too! I highly recommend coming to them. ❤️"
