"Zero stars? My family had to find a new dentist. I have always had good dental insurance. (thank God!) My 11 year old daughter needed 2 fillings and we scheduled it yesterday. They got my wife to pay 100% of the bill before she left. Did not wait for insurance payment & insurance deduction stuff. I went in today and the lady at the counter said all copayments are due on the day of the visit. I said that's not a copayment! She made my wife pay 100% Then she basically called my wife a liar! She said "she did not have to pay". My wife asked to come home and get a different credit card (and talk to me! We live like 1 minute away) She said "the child's guardian/mother was here and she paid it." I have never been asked to pay before the insurance in my life. A person walked out of the treatment area and I asked "did he pay his copayment?" She said "he paid already" Then she said "I have been doing this for 20 years and I know what I am doing". I said "I have had teeth for 54 years and have had my own dental insurance for 35 years! I know how it works! I was married to a Dental Hygienist for 15 years! I know how it works!" She refunded the credit card payment.... (OK) I will gladly pay them what the insurance company tells me I owe them! Here is what bothers me though.... I had asked if my daughter could get nitrous oxide, it's her first time she gets her mouth numbed. Her appointment was for 2:30. They put my 11 year old daughter on NO for an hour and a half.... She went in the chair at 2:30. She did not get her fillings done until after 3:30! They bill $100 an hour for NO. They got my wife to pay for $150! They told my wife that it's not covered by insurance. It isn't, but they have a pre-negotiated price with my insurance company! It's $45, not $150 And....... who would put 75 pound, 11 year old girl on NO for 90 minutes? She only needed NO for 20 minutes, to make the needle less scary! They left her in the chair from 2:30 to 3:30 and then spent 15 minutes on her fillings from 3:35 to 3:50.... Zero Stars is too many. My family will find a new dentist. I hope some state insurance regulator reads this! I hope the dentist reads this! Maybe he should call and talk to me! He did not come out of the treatment area to talk to me today. Zero stars...... Finding a new Family Dentists. I grew up here in Normandy Park/Burien. These people need to pay more attention!"

"Very happy my first new patient visit was at All About Dental. I missed about 8 checkups since my last visit with my prior dentist. I was a little nervous as to what would be found. It was my first, not one, but 13 small cavities. So amazing I was able to get 9 of them filled the same day! I am pleased to say the procedures were so smooth and I felt very relaxed. Naya and Dr. Nam are total pros and a calm vibe. I felt like they really gave me some good information and I had all my questions answered. Scheduling was easy and I am excited to see them again in a few weeks for the final fillings and that night guard. I didn't know I was a night time tooth grinder. Highly recommend this dental practice."

"I was visiting WA and had a dental emergency come up. Going to the dentist can be a very nerve wracking experience for me, especially going to someone new and in a new place! I'm really glad All About Dental was nearby and I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Thai. He was very kind, patient, and professional. I had to have some extensive work done but he was able to squeeze me in before I left town and I felt he took his time, was detailed, and did an excellent job. Naya was the dental assistant and helped to answer any questions I had and also made my experience a positive one. My appt was on a Friday and Dr. Thai made sure that if I had any issues I would be able to contact him over the weekend which I really appreciated. The customer service was great and if I am ever back in town and need a dentist I know where to go! Highly recommend. PS: I have made it back to my regular dentist and he also said the dental work looked great!"

They are also very straightforward and communicative about your dental health and what next steps clients should take in order to maintain their health and well being. I also appreciate the diverse group of dental workers and my mom and I have a community there!"
