"I’ve had a really great experience so far working with Dr. Taylor and her team on correcting my TMJ dysfunction and crossbite. I’ve turned out to be a more difficult case due to my joint hypermobility and I have been impressed with the care and consideration Dr. Taylor takes with regard to modifying my treatment plan when needed. For example, when I had issues after an orthotic adjustment and my jaw started sliding out of joint, Dr. Taylor and her team were extremely responsive, booking me in for appointments on short notice, calling to check in on me, and even letting me borrow their TENS unit for the weekend when I was in unspeakable pain. Dr. Taylor understands how interconnected jaw issues can be with the rest of the body and due to her treatment over the past year my neck pain has reduced by ~70% and I no longer have clicking when turning my head. "Dr. Isabel is such an incredibly calm, patient and kind hearted dentist. I first discovered her when I was looking for amalgam filling removal for myself and my husband. After we both did the procedure which was surprisingly fast and painless. We decided to switch our kids to Green City Dental. Our 11 year old had a great experience during her cleanings and exams. Our son at age 8 (who has had severe cavity issues) was bouncing around dentists. I had taken him to literally 6 different dental who all told me he was too anxious and squirmy to do work on him. I was so stressed out and loosing sleep over his dental situation. The only advice I was receiving was to put him under full dental anesthesia. Green City Dental was amazing! Thank you so much Dr. Isabel who worked with my son, he was so anxious. Her approach was so simple yet extremely effective. She spoke to him in a loving and empathetic matter that eased his fears and helped him calm down for dental work. His shift was like night and day. He sat still, trusted her and her team and was so surprised that the needle (numbing) had already been done and he didn’t even notice it. We ended up having 5 different visits including a pulpotomy, two pulled baby teeth and two spacers. My son’s energy and behavior went FROM terror, horror and high anxiety TO smooth sailing, walking in by himself and actual enthusiasm to see Dr. Isabel again.
