"Installer failed to provide a sample during set up . I had to go back within 4 days or face lockout. Intoxalock said I would not be billed for recalibration but yet waited 7 days and billed me for it . Necessary evil . Just make shure you don't leave with machine saying anything extra and check your billing regularly."

"So besides getting a lockout, but not ever failing the device....ever......which prompted another $100 to my account, it's a great solution to dui, but not a great solution to making better decisions. Newayz, it works just fine."

"Terrible customer service on top of that I had a appointment on a Wednesday and they had the equipment and did not get it installed so I left it till Thursday meanwhile finding someone to drive it there and they still didn't get it installed so I had to pick it up because they didn't want it to stay there so I had to find someone to take it back on Monday in which they finally got it installed but a bad unit so I found somewhere else to take care of me I highly do not recommend this location myself"

"They should make sure customer understands fully how to use the device because its difficult. There should be a device there for customers to practice on before they have to go live on it in their cars"

"This place could use a little personality, they're not very friendly and they do the very least they have to do to get you through the door and out back out again. however their technological experience is very good and they really know what they're doing so if you can put up with being ignored most of the time you'll finally get your work done plus the prices are really reasonable."
