"I full-time in my RV and came home after work to no shore power. Did all the normal troubleshooting and could not figure out what the problem was. I called misha's in the morning and somebody promptly answered. Explained my problem and was told they would do their best to get out to me today, but they were very booked up. No more than maybe 40 minutes later I got a phone call back telling me that one of their repairman would be contacting me around noon as he would be in the area then. I got a call from Roman who said that he could be there within the next half an hour which I greatly appreciated.
