"This doctor, Thi Nguyen is under investigation for death of a patient under his care. You may look this up on google. He is unprofessional, cancelled appt on day of without proper notice, no treatment plan of procedure, and no timeline of the whole implant process. I do not recommend this doctor for his lack of attention and patient care."

"My child was sedated under general anesthesia, a full hour after being asked to wait in the lobby during her extraction, I was told that due to unforseen circumstances involving the dentist they couldn't do the procedure. They refused to reschedule. Everything about the entire experience was sketchy, including her being given an unlabeled powder "for anxiety". Oh yeah, and the unforseen circumstance? Their license was being pulled. THAT DAY. They couldn't do the surgery because they lost their license to practice."

"Terrible experience. Numbing was done terribly and my mouth is still seemingly swollen 3 months later. Temporary crown broke off within a month after they did not place it correctly, it took forever to stop hurting and was wiggly before breaking off in my sleep. For some reason I can still taste a filling from months ago. All the staff are very unfriendly and not accommodating. I have been very clear with certain requests and they were still not fulfilled (keeping a gap between my front teeth, having the crowns match my yellowing, etc) Overall horrible, do not look forward to being brought here again."

"Unprofessional and unaccommodating. I tried calling them and to no avail.Looks like an old house. Was told to come pick up my daughter after she already had been sedated. Was informed by the rude front desk female "since I wrote a bad review that my daughter would not be seen." How do you have time to read reviews , but not pick up the phone? Will be contacting the BBB to report as well as the state."

"My teen had wisdom teeth out at the end of June. Tomorrow is 8/1 and I’ve been trying to get these guys on the phone for weeks to resolve an issue. My daughter has a couple painful stitches that aren’t coming out, and they feel infected. They’re swollen, red, and hurt the surrounding gums. These guys won’t even call me back at all. I’ve left them messages on the phone, I’ve tried through their website contact form. They were horrible after the procedure too. No after visit instructions, they didn’t explain anything, and didn’t even send us home with gauze!!! Take your child (and everyone) elsewhere. For others who have had issues with them, file a complaint with DOH! Update: my kid used a stronger hydrogen peroxide solution that she made to rinse her mouth with, which helped dissolve the stitches better and stopped/reversed whatever irritation had been starting. We got in with another doctor to take a look and everything looks fine. These guys need to actually follow up with their patients."
