"The phone lady isn't very nice. Since you can't guarantee keeping my vehicle locked up I'm really accident on bringing my talk over there for you to do my insurance repair. My truck is the kind that gets stolen really frequently and I just can't take that risk right now."
"I had an accident with my car. Do you need a very good job of repairing? It kept me informed as to what was going on highly recommend them"
"My initial experience was good, they were professional and pleasant. I ended up canceling my repairs though once the they made it clear they were the advocate of the insurance company they are a “preferred partner” with over the actual customer. I had a tire damaged on my car that was not repairable, no tire shops would replace just the one tire (I went to 3 places) as my car is all wheel drive and having mismatched tread or tires can cause strain on the drive system which can cause damage they say. The estimator informed me the insurance would only pay for one tire as only one was damaged which stuck me in a position of having to pay for 3 new tires I did not need yet as I’ve only put just over 17,000 miles on my car. I reached out to the insurance and argued that they needed to cover all 4 as all 4 only needed replaced as a direct result of the accident. After a lot of back and forth they said if I could submit information from my owners manual stating why all 4 need replaced together, and that the estimator needs to recommend it needs done. When I informed the estimator (Kyleigh) and asked her if she could submit this information for me and make the recommendation she said she can send my information but implied she won’t recommend it though as she says “the other 3 tires need replaced because their tread is too low not cause they are damaged” “I would absolutely only install 1 tire”. She disregarded any of my comments that my tires still had life in them and that I only needed to replace any of them as a direct result of the accident. She then instead got the insurance company to agree to buy a new tire and shave it to match my current tires. I would have been fine with that as a solution, but the fact that she clearly was not willing to advocate for me and I had to do it myself, and then she tells me I’m wrong still when I’ve brought a solution and then goes around me to try to save their preferred shop status instead of just submitting my information. It was beyond disrespectful and far from customer service. Update; I did end up going elsewhere (CarStar premier Collision center) and had my tires replaced no problem as well as the damage fixed."
"Girlfriend put car in ditch avoiding Bambi. Front bumper damage, but still drivable. Called Capital Collision and got scheduled the next morning for an estimate. Got there about 10 min before appointment, met the tech (wish I remembered his name, good guy) then proceeded out the vehicle. He looked it over good, took some pics (after asking our permission, which was very nice), wrote some things down then told us that he got all he needed, and if it worked best for us he would write up estimate and email it to me within the hour. That was a nice surprise! I expected the vehicle to be tied up for a few hours. We were out of there not 15 minutes, which ended up being only 5 minutes past original appointment time. I got the estimate within half hour, and it was pretty accurate as to all the pieces needed for fixing. I cannot speak on wether their labor rates are high, low or in-between as I have not had to deal with any other body shop in years. As far as my personal experience, it was above and beyond expectations. DISCLAIMER: My review is based on getting an estimate ONLY. I have not taken the vehicle in yet get actual work done on it. We are still waiting on insurance. Will update this review if I do have them work on our vehicle."
"I had the pleasure of doing business with Doug Sample and his team at Capital Collision Center in West Olympia. The front fender on my Colorado was damaged in a collision, and these guys really took care of it. I received a quote in no time, and I was scheduled for my repair. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and I was updated on the repair daily. Not only did these guys help me with my fender, they helped me with a bad headlamp assembly that they discovered in the process of replacing my fender. We were able to do the whole thing on one job. Best service I've ever had, and I won't hesitate to come back. Its been a good month now and the repair still looks as great as the day it was finished. I honestly cannot tell that any work took place, which is the mark of real craftsmanship. Trust this team to do a real quality job."
