"Alright. So! Two years ago, my husband was in the market for a new vehicle and after a TON of bad experiences I found a beautiful used Chevy Silverado for sale here. We called on a Sunday and scheduled a test drive for the following Wednesday as we drive about an hour and a half to get to this dealer. We arrived and the salesman we were working with legitimately hid those truck keys for THREE DAYS to ensure we got the opportunity to drive it as planned even if he had other potential sales before us. He held the vehicle for us anyway. We ended up driving off the lot with the truck because it was perfect. The finance department was incredible and they gave us more than we expected for our trade in. The following year, the truck began making a funny noise so my husband took it in and his warranty covered replacing the ball bearings and all of the belts at no cost to us and they put him in a rental the entire time they had it. Fast forward yet another year and I'm looking for a new car myself. So who else would I go to than L&M of Olympia. Zach and Lance were incredible and I ended up test driving and buying a car that had been on the lot for less than 3 days. It had not even gone through detailing or the service department. They took my trade in despite it being a rebuilt title and worked with me financially to keep my payments in the range I was hoping for. I live in Grays Harbor but the drive is beyond worth it for the quality of care, service, and experience you receive."
"Dear Unsuspecting Consumer! Don't go to this dealership. It deserves a zero rating. This is not the people that you want servicing your car. I have been a loyal Mazda owner since 1983 when I bought my first 626! I purchased my new Mazda Miata 2008 in Florida. I have always had my cars serviced at the dealership as it stands to reason that they know the car. It has been well cared for and has less than 40,000 miles on it. It is garage kept and loved. Something happened in December that needed attention and at this same time I discovered that the trunk was wet! I had recently moved to the area and called this dealership. No one mentioned that there is a charge to "look" at the car. I have had shops say if you fix it here this diagnostic charge is part of the repair but never added on top of the repair. I even researched on you tube and found what the problem was with the trunk. Arrived and was told that the starter was an issue and would cost $140 to look and the trunk was another issue for another $140 to look. The tow truck had already left. My choices were slim. When I started to cancel the request to look at the trunk, Dylan Dzuck assured me that if it was as simple as a plugged drain, he would not charge the $140. HA! He lied. When I arrived to pick us the car, Dylan told me that it was not his decision to make and I would have to pay the full charge including the $140 he promised would not be charged. I had to accept that I was lied to and move on. NOW! We have made it through winter and it is time to enjoy the Miata. I just experienced the first rains since the car was repaired; and YEP you guessed it. The trunk is holding water. When I called the dealership that experiences the same weather patterns that I do, I was told -- well, it's been six months. Another $140 to "look" and then the cost of the repair. I had to remind Jackie (office worker) that it had not been six months, just over three but who's counting. The car was not fixed! She hung up! Once I finally got the service manager, Russell Durdonna on the phone, he also offered to "look" again for $140 and then repair. I explained that it was never fixed and he told me that without looking, he couldn't know that and I should have called sooner. He was asked how he thought anyone would know if he had fixed the trunk. He suggested testing it. Since the car had been garage kept through the snow we experience, I suppose he wanted me to fill it with the hose. I was mad and he finally suggested -- NO -- insisted that I take my car somewhere else. No problem, Russell! And I hope the Unsuspecting Consumer reads reviews and takes to heart what I among others have written about this establishment. I have pictures and plan to report this entire matter the better business."
"My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Mazda CX5 from Lincoln & Mazda of Olympia. We love our new vehicle and had a wonderful buying experience thanks to Brian Swick, the saleman who assisted us through the process. He was extremely helpful, kind, and low pressure. We never felt he was trying to push into buying something, which is something we greatly appreciate and respect. Once we decided on buying, Brian Swick and Jennifer Braun helped us through the process making it quick and painless. We were on the road with our new vehicle in no time at all. Thanks to these two individuals this has been our favorite dealership experience."
"Can’t say enough good things about our experience at this dealership. My husband and I worked with Paul and he made the process of getting our new car so smooth. He didn’t pressure us into getting anything we weren’t 100% happy with and was completely transparent with us throughout the whole process. He was great to work with and we are so happy he worked with us to get our car!"
"I had not visited this dealership before. I called an asked the receptionist if they could replace the battery in my remote for my Mazda. She was very polite and prompt and told me what to expect for cost. When I arrived, I entered through the wrong entrance. I was almost immediately greeted by one of the managers who, upon learning my reason for being there, escorted me to the service desk. As soon as the service rep was off the phone, it replace my battery and it was less than I had been quoted on the phone. The receptionist at the desk was very polite and friendly when she took my payment. Everyone seemed to be smiling and overall very happy to be at work. As I left, the manager who first greeted me inquired if I had been taken care of and if there was anything else I needed. Seriously, best experience I have ever had a dealership. I know where I'll be buying my next Mazda."
