"I have nothing but good things to say about Olympic Modern Dentistry! Katie was so kind and helpful! I was having a hard time finding a specialist and I had an infected tooth and needed a root canal. Katie got me on the schedule right away. I also had to call Katie several times because of insurance issues. She was gracious every time I called with only kindness in her voice. Most people would have been irritated by the 3rd call. I’m so grateful. I had a root canal done on Wednesday. My experience from start to finish was the best I have ever had. The staff was friendly and comforting! Dr. Phan and his assistant did an incredible job on my root canal. Dr. Phan’s bedside manner and skill was fantastic!! I highly recommend Olympic Modern Dentistry!!!"

"The dentists are always very kind and thorough but the office is run very poorly. In the years I’ve gone there, I’ve had many issues with having to wait up to an hour at a time, calls cancelling my appointments, and times I’ve gone in for my appointment and they’ve said they called and cancelled my appointment earlier, which never happened. No remorse from the receptionist, or compassion for wasting my time, which has made it even worse. I’m so frustrated, and unfortunately I will not be going back to this office."

"Dentists are excellent. Have loved coming here with my family for years UNTIL RECENTLY. Front office staff are incompetent. They can’t seem to keep up with their work and, therefore, rely on automation or outside staff to do it. As such, there is confusion on appointments. Twice I have arrived and been told I have no appointment. All I received was a cold response , “I’m sorry, it’s not my fault. There’s a glitch in the system.” It’s sad when the front office is the barricade to great doctors. Unfortunately, if you have a busy life, this is not the place to…for now."

"My daughter sees Dr. Chang for general dentistry, and Dr. Mike for orthodontia. Both amazing individuals who made her very comfortable! They also worked with me to finance her braces, which would otherwise be cost-prohibitive. Personally, I see Dr. Donnelly-she is INCREDIBLE. I’ve had a lot of anxiety and fear surrounding dental care after I had a horrible experience at another office (not related to Modern Dentistry). Dr. Donnelly and Mari spent an hour and a half listening to my concerns and coming up with a treatment plan. I now feel confident heading into my next dental appointment. Overall, an amazing practice staffed by some of the best folks I’ve met. Highly recommend seeing them!"
