"It was amazing. Background: I had an infection in the back of my mouth that was caused by my once docile wisdoms teeth. I made an appointment the day before because I felt like I was about to rip out my teeth myself. The booking was easy and quick. When I got there (after being a little late), I only had to wait like ten minutes to be seen. The dental assistant was wonderful and made sure I was comfy. Dr. T was wonderful and no problem explaining to me what was happening and that my wisdom teeth needed to be taken out. And then they got me set up in the chair to do the procedure that afternoon! They ladies there were so sweet and wonderful--spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on, which was so appreciated since I'm so nosey. Then Dr T did the damn thing--15 minutes later I was wisdom-less... Without any sedation. Just local numbing--which both Dr T and his staff made sure that I couldn't feel a thing before the procedure. I also was set up with watching The Voice and a massage chair with heat. Overall this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dentist."
