"Disappointing lack of inclusivity and diversity. Came in today for pointe shoe ribbons to match skin tone and they don’t carry these in store. They were willing to special order, but by not carrying inventory they are not being inclusive to brown/black dancers."

"I came here looking to buy some new salsa dancing shoes. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection they had. Do not believe the previous reviews from years ago that said they only have children’s shoes. They certainly have updated their stock and they have many selections of women’s and men’s dancing shoes. You can see some of my pictures for reference. The person working there was very friendly and helped me immediately. I came at a good time as I was the only person in the store (around 4 PM on a weekday). She told me her recommendations and what I should look for and said to pick out whatever design I like and then she would get the right sizes for me in the back. I had to try a couple of sizes to find the best fit and she was very patient and helpful. (My dance shoe size turned out to be 1 size bigger than my normal shoe size-not sure if that's typical or not) I liked how there’s a little mirror and stage area where you can try on your new shoes and do the spins and moves that your dancing shoes will take you all night. It didn’t take very long for me to walk out of there with a brand new pair of salsa dancing shoes, and I am in love with them. The prices are very reasonable even compared to online vendors and if you buy them here you’ll be supporting a local neighborhood store. It’s definitely a quaint little place with lots of goodies inside, so come check it out. I certainly will recommend this to friends and family who are getting into dancing."

"Riley is a wonderful young lady. I came at the last minute to get dance gear for my daughter’s first ballet/tap class. Riley has a wealth of knowledge I tapped into whenever I had a question about fit and size and fabric care. We arrived at 4:40, and Riley stayed until 5:27 to ensure we had the proper fitting ballet slippers, tap shoes, tights, leotards, and skirts. We found everything we needed. She was patient, kind, and gentle with my daughter and me! I mean, what more can I ask for? Thank you, Riley. You are lovely, and I enjoyed being in your store. I recommend this store for your dance needs, but I highly recommend Riley."
