"The view is amazing, but the parking is often scarce, there are tons of stairs up and down that are very steep. It is free and you do not need a pass, but it fills up quick."

"Usually a guaranteed parking spot but you will be using a lot of stairs. Easy way to get a quick workout on your way home. The only problem is the people who don't understand that large SUVs and trucks are NOT compact vehicles and park in the main part of the lot."
