"Completely unprofessional staff. During my son's appointment today, I borrowed a medical stool to sit on while my partner took a chair. I didn't feel like I was using it inappropriately while I was there. I would turn on it to look at my partner and moved it while we waited to keep my feet from hurting (I just got off work from a long over night shift). I was literally wedged between a counter and my partner, I was stuck in one spot. However a technician who was working with another patient took issue with me using that chair for some reason. She came over and gave me multiple safety warnings about it. She wouldn't let it go though and it reached a point that it became condescending. We're all adults here, come on. If you didn't want me on the chair, kindly ask for me to hand it over and let's switch chairs. If you felt I wasn't being safe on that chair, just explain to me what I was doing wrong and ask me to stop. If you don't want parents using those chairs, make a clear policy about it. There's no reason for so much passive aggressive behavior over a chair."
