"My insurance company provided my roadside assistance through this company. Was told approximate time truck would arrive, driver arrived almost to the minute of the time I was told to expect him. The driver also called to let me know he when he was just minutes away. In addition, the tow truck operator, by the name of Stan was AWESOME!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND QUITE PATIENT!!! HE WAS VERY WILLING TO TAKE HIS TIME IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED RESULTS WITHOUT CREATING ANY ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS.... This included dealing with driver of questionable intellect, and getting him unstuck, after that driver ended up hitting my car, even as the tow truck operator was preparing to get my car unstuck from the side of the road!!!! AND IF BY CHANCE, THE REVIEW FROM A MONTH AGO IS FROM ANYONE WHO WAS WITH THE GENTLEMAN THAT HIT MY CAR WHILE THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER WAS PREPARING TO PULL ME OUT, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR BEING BEYOND EXTREMELY UNGRATEFUL AND ARROGANT!!! The tow truck operator was there on a roadside assistance to help me. And had you given Stan, the tow truck operator an opportunity to accomplish that before you barreled down a road that was solid ice, put several people in fear for their lives, and then leaving your running vehicle unattended, sitting at the top of the beginning of a down hill incline, YOUR VEHICLE WOULDN'T HAVE SLID DOWNHILL AND HIT MY CAR. NOR WOULD YOU HAVE NEEDED THE SERVICES OF THE TOW TRUCK OPERATOR, WHO, WASN'T THERE AT YOUR BEHEST IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE JUST ENDED STICKING AROUND AND HELPING YOU OUT OF THE JAM YOU CREATED FOR YOURSELF. SO, IF your review involves that incident, I say, WAH, WAH, WAH!!! As for the tow truck operator, I say, YOU ROCK, STAN!!!! : ) KATHY"

"Got my car impounded. It was kept safe and everything was where I had left it. Wasn't my fault, but they did a good job taking care of my vehicle before I got it out. I'm glad they were chosen to tow my vehicle. Very nice owner."
