"Only 1 working, status not reported online"
"Pretty easy to find the charger ⚡. Charging stopped at 80% even though I set the limit to 100%. .40 dollars per Kwh."
"Requires app to initiate charging, can use Google account to login and Google Pay. Relatively expensive per kWh cost."
"This has worked for me a few times and is in a good location, but out of the many charging stations I’ve used, I like the Webasto / AV network by far the least (which is what is at this location). The app PlugShare has been a lifesaver for finding alternatives and is very user friendly. The chargepoint charger by tofurkey hq is a much better option. The phone call required to start up Webasto stations as a non-member tends to take a full 10 minutes every time - other brands’ stations (blink, chargepoint, Volta) do not require a call to start, so having to call and wait on hold seems like a pretty unnecessary hassle. Webasto are also the only brand of chargers that has been unreliable for me - today, this charger did not work, and I had one instance elsewhere where the charger inexplicably timed out. In both cases, calling customer service to troubleshoot was pretty frustrating - today, the rep insisted the problem was my car and not the station, even though 2 other brands of stations had worked for me in the past day. Immediately after our call I drove to a chargepoint station which worked successfully, so I followed up and informed Webasto that the problem was indeed their charger, not my car. I am hoping Webasto addresses this issue - this location is so convenient and I’d love to charge here. Based on my experience and frustrations with the company though, I’ll be charging elsewhere when available - have never had any reliability or customer service issues with other companies."
